Dead Cows at the Aubreyville & Johnstown freight yard

Updated: 01/10/05

. Nearly lifeless cows

Freight and passenger trains are mixed freely on the A & J RR. Sometimes this leads to disastrous results. The cows lying in the foreground were felled by some type of chemical spill.

It was later discovered that the tank at the right leaked large amounts of gin, vermouth and olives. After a good night's rest and a lot of water the animals recovered, although they can be seen snooping around the tank every night at dinner time.
